Processes

To a weighed quantity of the starch taken in a container, distilled water is added and mixed uniformly to obtain the required moisture level, the container is sealed and kept in an air oven at the specific temperature for different durations. The samples are then cooled to ambient temperatures and dried at 55°C to a uniform moisture content of 6-8%.
